    No, we do not.
  • What are your quality control procedures?
    We maintain strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. Each product undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure it meets specifications before being shipped.
  • How can I contact customer support?
    Our customer support team is available by phone or email Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    We stand by the quality of our products and offer a return policy for defective or incorrect items. Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing, we may not accept returns for non-defective items. Please reach out to us with any issues, and we will work with you on a solution. There is a 10% restocking fee and customer pays shipping for non-defective items.
  • How can I place an order?

  • Do you offer rush orders?
    In some cases, we can expedite production for urgent orders. Rush orders may incur additional fees and are subject to production availability. Contact our team to discuss your needs.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept payment by credit card or check. Once a credit application is submitted and approved, payment terms will be confirmed. Standard terms are typically 30 days post-approval, but special terms may be negotiated at the time of order, with written agreement.
  • How long does it take to fulfill an order?
    Order fulfillment time depends on the complexity of the product and current demand. Standard orders typically take up to 48 hours to ship out, while custom or large orders may require additional time. Our team will provide an estimated timeline at the time of order.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, we provide order tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details, and our team will keep you updated on any changes in the delivery schedule.
  • Can I customize my order?
    The only thing you can customize is the HDX switch box for Series 3 couplers. You can have your logo placed on it instead of FairWinds Manufacturing for an additional $5
  • What shipping options are available?
    We research the best rates to get your parts to the location you need. If you have a preferred method of shipping just let us know when placing the order.
