FairWinds Manufacturing produces most of our parts in Jackson Center, PA , while carefully sourcing select castings globally to ensure top quality and cost efficiency.

Castings and Materials

FairWinds Manufacturing, Inc. is a supplier of steel and manganese castings for many distinctive industries. Some of these include:

In addition to providing raw (sand, no bake, and investment) castings, we have a state-of-the-art machining facility, thus giving us the ability to supply finished products as well. For lower quantities, we operate in-house, and for higher volumes, we may subcontract to Time Machine, Inc.(http://www.timemachinepa.com/). Mike Latchaw, President of FairWinds Manufacturing, Inc. is also a principal of Time Machine, Inc.  With the skills of FairWinds Manufacturing, Inc. and Time Machine, Inc., we can cover all of your raw material, machining, and manufacturing needs.

We believe that quality is what matters, and we have several inspection process capabilities for both castings (chemistries and casting quality) and finished parts (dimensions).

We also offer a stocking program for our customers. This is beneficial, because it allows the customer to order and pay for castings that we will keep at our facility until they are needed, thus giving the customer the ability to have parts available without having to stockpile them.
